Announcement by Watani Wealth Management Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Al-Watani sukuk Fund

“Watani Wealth Management Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Al-Watani sukuk Fund for the 3rd Quarter 2025 as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends 30,056.28 USD
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 898,258.6455 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.03346 USD for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 0.327% of the net asset value as on “Tuesday, (08/04/1447 H.), corresponding to (30/09/2025 G)”
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of “Tuesday, (08/04/1447 H.), corresponding to (30/09/2025 G)”
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions”.
