Objective
Al-Watani Sukuk Fund is an open-ended public investment fund in the Sukuk/Bonds category. The fund aims to achieve growth and income by investing primarily in Sukuk. The fund may invest in money market transactions with a party regulated by the Saudi Central Bank “SAMA” or a regulatory body similar to SAMA outside the Kingdom and that are Shariah-compliant. The fund may also invest in money market funds and/or Sukuk funds and/or trade finance funds, Sukuk ETFs’, structured products, and financial derivatives, provided that all these assets comply with Shariah standards
