Announcement by Watani Wealth Management Company regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Al-Watani sukuk Fund
“Watani Wealth Management Company announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Al-Watani sukuk Fund for the 4th Quarter 2025 as follows:
- Total distributed dividends 44,815.86 USD
- Cash Distributions shall be based on 2,578,236.6869 outstanding units.
- The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.01738 USD for each unit.
- The distribution ratio is 0.169% of the net asset value as on Wednesday, date (11/07/1447 H.), corresponding to (31/12/2025 G)
- Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of “Wednesday, date (11/07/1447 H.), corresponding to (31/12/2025 G)”
- Distributions will be paid within 21 days.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions”.
