Corrective Announcement by the Fund Manager of AlWatani Sukuk Fund Regarding the Quarterly Statement for the Period Ended 31/12/2025

Correction to the announcement of Watani Wealth Management Company published on 22/07/1447H 11/01/2026G, Watani Wealth Management Company would like to clarify, regarding the quarterly statement of AlWatani Sukuk Fund for the period ended 31/12/2025, that the statement included benchmark performance data as of 31/12/2025, which was published on Tadawul, and was later found to be inaccurate.

Watani Wealth Management Company clarifies that the reason for this is due to the benchmark service provider recalculating the index value for prior periods, after the publication of the quarterly statement for the relevant period. Accordingly, the benchmark performance has been updated to reflect the correct figures after its recalculation, where the amended values of its performance for the year 2025 were used from 3.74% to 4.10%.

Watani Wealth Management Company also confirms that there is no financial impact on the fund’s assets or on investors, as this correction is limited to the benchmark performance data only
