Watani Wealth Management announces its decision to reinvest the second quarter dividends collected from the Al-Watani Sukuk Fund.

We would like to inform you, as the Fund Manager of the Al-Watani Sukuk Fund, that according to the Fund's terms and conditions, profits must be distributed on a quarterly basis. However, since the Fund was launched on June 17, 2025 and is in the investment-building phase, the Fund Manager has decided not to distribute profits for the second quarter ending June 30, 2025. Instead, any distribution received (if any) will be reinvested to maximize benefits for all unit holders. The Fund will start making cash distributions from September 30, 2025, in accordance with the distribution policy outlined in the terms and conditions.
